Ellansé vs HA filler?

HA fillers give volume that gradually dissolves. Ellansé gives the same immediate volume, then converts it into your own collagen — lasting 1–2+ years depending on type.

Can it be dissolved like HA?

No — there is no eraser enzyme for PCL, which is why placement by an experienced doctor matters. DERNA doctors design conservatively for this reason.

Which type should I choose?

S type (≈12 months) suits first-timers; M type (≈24 months) suits patients confident in the result who want maximum longevity.

When is collagen fully developed?

The PCL microspheres stimulate collagen for 6–12 weeks while the carrier gel gradually absorbs — volume stays continuous throughout.
